Refund Policy

Buckeye Plans Refund Policy

At Buckeye Plans, we take pride in providing custom home and building designs created specifically for each client’s project. Because our products and services involve digital files and design labor, all sales are considered final once a project has started.

No Refunds After Project Start

Once a project begins, our design team immediately commits time and resources to your plan. These hours cannot be recovered, and the digital nature of our files means that completed or partially completed plans cannot be returned. For this reason, no refunds are issued once drafting, design, or engineering work has started.

Digital Product Policy

All floor plans, renderings, and blueprint files—whether stock, modified, or custom—are delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, refunds are not available once files have been delivered or accessed.

Custom and Modified Plans

Custom and modified designs are unique to your project and require our team’s design time and expertise. Payment for these services covers the creative and technical labor required to produce your plans, not just the final files. Therefore, all custom and modified plan sales are non-refundable.

Before a Project Starts

If you need to cancel a project before any design work begins, please contact owner@buckeyeplans.com immediately. We do honor refunds if no work has been started on your project.
