The Buckeye Plans Process

Here’s what you can expect as you begin your journey with us:

1. Initial Consultation
   We kick off with a deep dive into your vision. We’ll discuss your lifestyle, aesthetic, and any specific needs for your home’s layout. To save time, we encourage clients to bring a rough sketch of their desired layout—no measurements needed! This helps our design team craft your first draft faster and more accurately.

2. Your Project Folder
   After the consultation, you’ll receive access to your own Project Folder—an organized, secure hub for all your project details, files, and design drafts. Accessible 24/7, this folder simplifies communication and keeps everything at your fingertips.

3. Concept Development and Draft Review
   Our designers transform your ideas into an initial draft, focusing first on the interior floor plan. During the Floor Plan Review, you’ll get the opportunity to provide feedback and request any adjustments to make sure it’s exactly as you envisioned.

4. Revisions and Finalization
   After your feedback, we incorporate revisions until the design is just right. Once approved, we create the Full Plan Set, which includes all construction documents, foundation and framing plans, and any additional features you requested.

5. Choose Your Package
   We offer two main pricing packages: Gold and Platinum. The Gold Package includes dimensioned floor plans, foundation, framing, and roof plans, electrical and plumbing layouts, and up to 3 revisions. The Platinum Package offers even more customization with HVAC placement, basement planning, and up to 4 revisions. Both packages are designed to cover everything you need for a smooth build process.
