ESTIMATED 2026 BUILD BUDGET

The Titan is a very large home with a substantial garage, extensive porches, multiple kitchens, and a more complex roofline than a basic rectangular barndominium.

For early budgeting, buyers should plan approximately:

Weather-Tight Shell:

$500,000 – $625,000

Typical shell scope may include the foundation/slab, framing, roof system, exterior sheathing, roofing, siding, windows, exterior doors, garage doors, soffit, fascia, trim, and porch structure.

Turnkey / Move-In Ready:

$1,050,000 – $1,350,000+

Turnkey pricing can vary significantly depending on the build location, site conditions, engineering, labor rates, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, bathrooms, mechanical systems, appliances, fixtures, and overall finish level.

These numbers are preliminary planning estimates only and are not a construction quote.

Land, major site work, utilities, septic/well systems, unusual foundation conditions, engineering, permit fees, landscaping, pools, retaining walls, long driveways, and similar project-specific costs may be additional.
