The Wildwood is a 36′7″ x 48′ footprint layout with a spacious open-concept living area, generous kitchen and dining space, and private bedroom wings. The home features a standout rear-facing dormer that creates a bright, functional second-floor space — ideal for additional bedrooms, office space, or storage.
What sets this plan apart? It’s optimized from the ground up for panelized framing.
With 29 exterior wall panels, including (12) full-width 8′ sections and (17) custom-width panels, every wall is pre-cut, labeled, and bundled in-shop using ZIP System® sheathing and 2x6 framing. This means faster installs, less waste, and cleaner job sites.
Dormer with Style and Function
The Wildwood’s standout architectural feature — the dormer — is built from five panelized sections, rising from 6′ to 11′7″ in height and framed to fit seamlessly into your roof structure. It adds usable square footage and curb appeal without complicating the build process.
